If you received the questionnaire in the mail, you may fill it out by hand and mail it to the Census Bureau. All your information is kept confidential and is used only to produce statistics.

What is the Census?

Every ten years, the US government conducts the Census, which asks a few simple questions of every household across the country. Responding now will minimize the need for the Census Bureau to send census takers out into communities to follow up with households.
