Gentle Yoga is a class for all levels. The emphasis is on breath with movement, basic poses, and alignment. It opens the body, breath and mind; increasing flexibility, balance, calmness and focus. You will need a clear space for a yoga mat, blanket or towel and you may modify it with a chair for balance. Dress for motion and comfort. By participating remotely, you will be responsible for your own safety.
