Virtual: Breathe Together

Weekly on Tuesdays until December 28, 2021. This is a virtual program that will meet over Zoom.
Once a week enjoy 20 minutes to sit still and practice the kind of deep breathing that fosters calm well-being and can improve our health and our outlook.
Please register to receive the Zoom link. Reminder emails with the Zoom link will be sent the evening before each meeting. Those registered for the July and August sessions are registered for the Sept/Oct sessions.
