An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday, repeating until August 31, 2021
Weekly on Tuesdays, from July 6 – August 31, 2021. This is a virtual program that will meet over Zoom.
Once a week enjoy 20 minutes to sit still and practice the kind of deep breathing that fosters calm well-being and can improve our health and our outlook.
