Tai Chi and Qi Gong For Health

Judith Budd-Walsh will guide you through the ancient practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. This holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, and breathing, helps promote health and balance. A fee of $30 is due at the time of registration. Limit 15. For adults.

Registration information: Registration begins July 1st at 10:00 am. Register online using this calendar, go to the date of the first event in the series to place your reservation. Please register before the first class begins as registration is for the series, not individual sessions and online registration will be unavailable once the series begins. Payment for programs may be made online with Paypal or most major credit cards, or choose the “check” option to pay in person at the library with cash or check. Payment must be received within 5 days of placing your reservation. Refunds for cancellations will be available up until 3 days prior to a program, after which the registration fees are non-refundable.
