
Tai Chi and Qi Gong For Health

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, repeating until March 4, 2021

Judith Budd-Walsh will guide you through the ancient practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. This holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, and breathing, helps promote health and balance. Classes may incorporate a few minutes from other disciplines to expand our experience. You may perform the moves either sitting or standing. Wear clothing for movement, and ensure that your space is safe. Please register via zoom, and keep the email confirmation to join us at the time of the class.
