Fridays, January 10-February 7, 1:30-2:30 pm

Judith Budd-Walsh will guide you through the ancient practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. This  holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, and breathing, helps promote health and balance. A fee of $30 is due within 5 days of registration.
