Springtime in Paris: Bistro Cooking

Discover the delectable delights of Parisian cooking, with chef Barbara Sheridan. Her culinary training is through NYIT, the Cordon Blue, and programs with Julia Child and Anne Whillen. Enjoy an informative cooking demonstration and tastings of French Onion Soup, Nicoise Salad, Chicken Francaise, and crepes. Registration required, limit 30.
