Onsite: Tai Chi with Judith Budd-Walsh

Judith Budd-Walsh will guide you through the ancient practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. This holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, and breathing, helps promote health and balance. You may perform the moves either sitting or standing. Wear clothing for movement, and ensure that your space is safe. The class will be held outdoors if weather permits. Please register for each class you wish to attend.
