On-site: Summer Teen Writing
July 23 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am EDT
An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Friday, repeating until July 30, 2021
Teens in Grades 8-12 join us in the library courtyard for 4 weeks this Summer to work on your own writing project. Bring something you have already started working on, or come with ideas for a short story or novel and get help and guidance. Space is limited so registration is required, please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in participating. These workshops are underwritten by generous donations from the friends of Jeanette Sarkisian Wagner, a long-time advocate of youth literacy programs.
To protect patrons who cannot get vaccinated, we request that you continue to wear masks and social distance when inside the library and at all in-person programs.
In cases of rain, high winds, or extreme heat, this program will be moved inside to the Lower Level program room.
