For children with an adult. Kids, join us on Halloween for this fun and festive story time. Feel free to come in your Halloween costume! 

Please arrive early to ensure your seat. This program will take place outside in the Library Courtyard. In the case of cold or bad weather, it will be moved inside to the Lower Level Program Room. Masks are required inside the library building for children older than 2.
