The Library will be Closed starting Monday, October 2nd for a “Glow Up.” Please keep a watch on our website and social media for renovation updates. We will still provide library services such as virtual programs, order of library materials (including holds & interlibrary loans) to be picked up in the plaza, and answering questions via phone and email.

On-site: Author Event, Tom Clavin talks “Lightning Down”

This program will take place in the Lower Level Program Room. 

Join us for a Sag Harbor sneak preview of New York Times bestselling author Tom Clavin’s new book, Lightning Down: A World War II Story of Survival. Lightning Down tells the true story of an American fighter pilot who was imprisoned within the walls of Buchenwald, one of the most notorious Nazi concentration camps. It is a can’t-put-it-down inspiring saga of brave men confronting great evil and great odds against survival.

Lightning Down will be released on November 2. A limited number of pre-publication copies will be available for sale at this event.
