For adults. Gentle Yoga is a class for all levels. The emphasis is on breath with movement, basic poses, and alignment. It opens the body, breath and mind; increasing flexibility, balance, calmness and focus. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel and block. Dress for motion and comfort. A fee of $35 is due at the time of registration. Registration is required.
