For adults. Gentle Yoga is a class for all levels. The emphasis is on breath with movement, basic poses, and alignment. It opens the body, breath and mind; increasing flexibility, balance, calmness and focus. This is an online program- grab a yoga mat, blanket or towel and block, and dress for motion and comfort. By participating remotely, you will be responsible for ensuring your own safety.
