The importance of proper nutrition for those living with Parkinson’s Disease can’t be overstated. Recent research suggests that proper nutrition and regular exercise play an important role in reducing symptoms. Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Registered Dietitian, Paula Montagna, MS, RD, CDN will explore how approaching our diet with a Food as Medicine mindset can lead to a higher quality of life.
