For Adults

Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience with the “Taste of Korea: Korean Cuisine, Full of Wisdom and Nature” program! Discover the secrets of Korean cuisine and the unique cultural traditions that have shaped it into one of the world’s most popular and healthy cuisines.

An expert instructor will guide you through the preparation of two or three mouth-watering Korean dishes, while sharing the wisdom and knowledge behind the ingredients and
techniques. You’ll learn about the importance of nature and balance in Korean cooking, and gain insight into the cultural significance and history of Korean cuisine. To enhance your experience, we’ll also screen a short documentary film on Bangjja, traditional Korean bronzeware, giving you a glimpse into the fascinating world of Korean cooking and dining. After the cooking demonstration, we’ll indulge in a full Korean traditional meal served with Bangjja bronzeware.

This program was organized by the Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP).
