|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 12:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until December 20, 2018

Join Valerie DiLorenzo and Amanda Borsack Jones, for this series grounded in the belief that the arts play a powerful role in enhancing the quality of life of older adults. Designed to generate opportunities for lifelong learning, social engagement and mastery of skills, the program provides new creative possibilities for mature adults. Participants learn songs and basic acting techniques, improvisation and how to express themselves. They also reminisce about key events in their own lives and share their stories with one another. Payment of $25 due at the time of registration. Registration required, limit 20.

Thursdays, November 8, 15; December 6, 13, 20, 12:30- 1:30 pm. (NO Class November 22, 29.)

Registration information: Register online using this calendar starting November 1st at 10:00 am. Please register before the first class as registration is for the series, not for individual sessions.
