JJML cardholders can make a one on one appointment over Zoom with our Emerging Technologies Librarian, Arielle, for one hour of help with computer and technology questions once a month, while availability lasts. Whether you want to read library eBooks on your new Kindle, learn how Libby or Kanopy works, get the most out of your phone, tablet, or laptop, or more- we can help. 

To make an appointment, email us at techappointments@johnjermain.org and tell us about what you would like help with and your best availability between the hours of 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Wednesdays. 

You will be set up with a one-hour appointment time, and given a unique Zoom link for your personal online meeting.

We also cannot give advice on what specific devices to purchase- however we can help you think about what features you want out of your new device, and how to research and find trustworthy reviews of items before your purchase.
