Bluebird – The Language Learning App from Pronunciator

Now it’s easier than ever to learn a language on the go.  Bluebird – the new language learning app from Pronunciator – is available for all Suffolk County library patrons.  The Bluebird app features 12 million pre-recorded lessons, personalized courses, quizzes, daily lessons and more for learning 163 languages. It’s available in a browser based app and in a mobile app through Google Play  and the App Store.  Access is free with your library card. It is recommended that patrons first register or access the browser-based app before logging into the mobile apps (iOS or Android.)  If you have previously registered with Pronunciator, you’ll be able to log into the Bluebird app using your existing Pronunciator credentials.

The Bluebird app is easy to set up and user friendly.  It offers a handy, enhanced mobile experience for learning the language of your choice.  The app has several types of lessons to choose from: daily lessons, core vocabulary, essential phrases and conversation.  Each section has beginner, intermediate and advanced lessons.

For each Language, you’ll learn:

  • 2,000 high frequency words
  • The top 100 verbs – with conjugations in the past, present and future tenses
  • How to build complete sentences on your own
  • How to manage dozens of everyday situations
  • How to handle complex conversations

Learning a new language has never been easier or more convenient than using the Bluebird app.  If want to learn a new language, why not try Bluebird today.
