Please feel free to visit the library, browse our books, and use the computers- no appointments necessary. Plaza Pick-Up will still be available for those who wish contactless pick-up.

Help us stay safe and open by following these guidelines:

• Return all books via the outside book drop
• Masks must be worn properly, covering the nose and mouth, at all times when in the building
• Maintain social distancing of 6 feet from other parties
• Please limit browsing to 20 minutes
• Please limit computer use to 45 minutes
• There is very limited seating available at this time
• We are gathering visitor information when you enter the building in compliance with contact tracing regulation. All information is confidential and is protected by our privacy policy.

*Beginning Saturday March 27, the library is now open 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturdays.

If You Prefer Contactless Pick-Up

You can request items through your account on the JJML website, by calling us at (631) 725-0049 ext 0, or by emailing us at holds@johnjermain.org. When your items are ready you will receive a call and/or email notification that they are ready for pick-up, and they will be held one week before being sent back. If you would prefer not to enter the library to pick up your items, please call us from your car or outside in the Plaza and we will leave your items on the gray table outside the Lower Level door.
