The Library is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. To protect patrons who cannot get vaccinated, including children under the age of 12, we request that you continue to wear masks when inside the library.

suttonLong Island Reads is an Island-wide reading initiative, sponsored by the Nassau Library System and the Public Libraries of Suffolk County. This year’s selection is Sutton by J.R. Moehringer. Sutton is a fictionalized account of the Depression-era bank robber and folk hero Willie Sutton. Join us for a lively discussion of why this colorful character became one of the most famous bank robbers of the 1930s. Refreshments – Games – Prizes….Come join the fun.
